Goodbye and Thank you!

Goodbye and Thank you!

First of all, for those who celebrate Christmas, Merry Christmas! I hope this is a joy-filled day with friends and family and a truly beautiful celebration.

I am sad that my post was scheduled for today for it is with a heavy heart I also say goodbye and thank you.

I have been posting on Austen Authors for four years now and have thoroughly enjoyed this community. And while I hope to continue to meet with you on the Facebook page, I will no longer post here monthly.

My writing is taking a slightly different turn — where it is going, I am not sure. But I do know my stories will not overtly reference Jane Austen for at least the next several books. Therefore, I don’t think it right to take up your time here if the subjects that grab my attention are no longer Austen-centric.

She is never far from my heart nor from my thinking so please stay in touch with me via social media and, as I said, I will keep chiming in on our FB page.

Thank you for your generosity for both reading my posts over the years and for chatting with me.

And, again, keep in touch. I am out and about, and I always answer.

Blessings to you all,

Katherine

    • Thank you so much! And I will take you up on that open door for a guest spot someday as I’ll miss the blog. I am so excited about the new stories in my head — and know Austen will influence them in some form. 😉 All the best to you and happy new year.
