Announcing the Winners of the Austen Authors’ Autumn Giveaway


Austen Authors is happy to announce the winners of the Winter Giveaway.  

If your name appears below…

(1) contact Regina Jeffers (Giveaway Coordinator) at to claim your prize. READ THROUGH ALL THE NAMES IN RED FOR THERE ARE MANY WINNERS!!!

(2) If your prize is an eBook, make certain the email address for the prize delivery is correct. 

(3) If you were given a CHOICE of titles as a prize, indicate which book is your choice. 

(4) If your prize is a print book or merchandise, include your MAILING ADDRESS in the email to Regina.




First up, Don Jacobson will make four lucky winners very happy.

Megan Wilkins  will receive a signed copy of Mr. Jacobson’s The Keeper: Mary Bennet’s Extraordinary Journey.

KateB  will receive a signed copy of Mr. Jacobson’s The Exile: Kitty Bennet and the Belle Epoque.

Next, Don will gift Leslie Waters with a copy of Jane Austen Speaks About Life, the Modern World & Heavenly Pursuits by Maria Emilia de Medeiros for one of our followers.

Finally, Mr. Jacobson will present Lisa Brown with Classic Coloring: Jane Austen, designed by H.A. Nakamura, illustrated by A. Rundles, Abrams Books, New York, 2016. Included is a set of 24 Crayola Colored Pencils.











Next up is Barbara Silkstone. Ms. Silkstone will present an eBook copy of Darcy Down the Rabbit Hole, Book 9 of the Mister Darcy Series of Comedic Mysteries to CarylKane, Lynn Bischoff, and tgruy.










Leenie Brown is offering up two prizes. First, Mary Doyle will receive an ebook copy of both His Beautiful Bea and Henry: To Prove Himself Worthy

Meanwhile, Linda A will receive all of the following: a box of handmade chocolates from The Newfoundland Chocolate Company and signed copies of His Beautiful Bea and Henry: To Prove Himself Worthy.










Diana Oaks has 9 prizes to offer up. Both Cindie Synder and Courtney will receive a signed print copy of One Thread Pulled, while Amanda Frank and Patricia Finnegan will receive an eBook copy of the same title.

Next, Ms. Oaks will present will present Mary Campbell and Allison Smith with a signed print copy of Constant as the Sun, while Lúthien84 and Vanessa Thompson McBride will receive an eBook copy of the same title.

Finally, as a special treat, Regina Silvia will receive a Constant as the Sun mug.










Melanie Schertz will present a basket of goodies to Kathy Schmitt. The basket contains hand-crafted roses, blackberry/vanilla handmade soaps, a handmade carnelian and agate necklace, and a scented candle.









Next, Darcy/Bennett, Dung, and Anna Bitgood Horner will have his/her choice of an eBook from Ms. Schertz. Winners may choose from Mrs. Collins Against Her Will, The Ashes of Longbourn or The Conservatory of Hope








Finally, Regina Jeffers has the following items to be gifted to our lucky Austen Authors’ followers…

Bundle #1 includes a hardcover copy of Jane Austen’s Emma and a copy of Becoming Jane: The Wit and Wisdom of Jane Austen (edited by Anne Newgarden). It goes to BeckyC.

Bundle #2 consists of a paperback copy of Jane Austen’s Mansfield Park and a copy of Bespelling Jane Austen by Mary Balogh, Colleen Gleason, Susan Krinard, and Janet Mullany. The winner of that bundle is John Smith.

Bundle #3 contains two “Darcy” books. The first is These Three Remain by Pamela Aidan, which is matched with Janet Aylmer’s Darcy’s Story. That prize goes to Marion Collins.
